The purpose of this study is to analyse the technological capability of the dairy processing industry in Indonesia and to understand how companies build technological capability. The results showed differences in technological capabilities, where the highest technological capability was shown by foreign companies and large-scale local companies, while the technological capability of dairy cooperatives is still low.
